We ship most orders in 1-4 business days. On occasion there may be unforeseen delays in shipping your order. We will notify you via email of any delays. Products shipped within the US will be shipped via UPS. Addresses must be a physical street address and not a PO Box. International shipments will ship via US Mail and will require a shipping quote. Certain products may require additional shipping charges.
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. Please review all items in your order immediately upon arrival. If you are unsatisfied with an item you may contact us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION for return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product.*
Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with shipment.
*After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less original shipping costs and return shipping fees.
If you receive a product that is defective, you may return your product for a replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately to arrange for a free return-shipping label. When your return is received, we will inspect your product and send a replacement or issue a refund. If your product is found not to be defective, return-shipping fees will apply.
